C Suomi Ryhmä Ay's general terms and conditions of use and contract

These terms and conditions of use and agreement are valid from February 15, 2025 and are valid until further notice.

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the online store (Store) maintained by C Suomi Ryhmä Ay and its use. By purchasing products and using C Suomi Ryhmä Ay's Store, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.

1. Customers

To purchase from our Store you must be at least 18 years old andYou must have a permanent delivery address within the Store's delivery area.

 

2. Login and personal information

You can browse and use the Store and make purchases from the Store with or without logging in. However, when you purchase products from the Store, we need the following information, which is stored in our customer register:

- name

- address

- phone number

- email address

- ordered product information

- other additional information you provide

- selected delivery and payment method

- shipment tracking information

- IP address

- web browser

- terminal

You can also create a customer account to make your transactions in our Store easier and faster. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for purchases made with them.

 

3. Use of personal data

The personal data you provide will be processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the privacy policy . This information will be stored in the customer register maintained by the Store. Your information will not be disclosed to third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose your information to the authorities if you have acted in violation of the law and good practice.

We will only use your information for direct marketing if you give us permission to do so.

You have the right to inspect, change or delete information about yourself from our customer register.If you would like to make changes to your personal information, please contact our customer service: pipomeri@csuomi.fi with the subject line "change data " and your first name (Example "Change data - Anne")

 

4. Ordering

You place an order by selecting the products you want in the Store's shopping cart. From the shopping cart, you go to the checkout, where you enter your customer information and select a delivery and payment method. At the checkout, we simultaneously show you the products you ordered, prices including delivery costs. When you press the Confirm order button, you proceed to pay with your chosen payment method and accept the order. At the same time, you also accept these Terms of Use and Agreement and our Privacy Policy. A binding sales contract is created when the Store sends you an order confirmation.

We do our best to ensure the availability of products. However, sometimes it may happen that a product is not available and we reserve the right not to accept the order. In this case, we will contact you to find the best solution to fulfill the order. If the order details are unclear and we cannot contact you,We also reserve the right not to accept the order.

 

5. Prices

Prices (shipping costs are included)  in the Store are displayed in euros (€). If there is a clear price error in a product in the Store and it can be assumed that you understood the error when placing the order, we will contact you and the product will be sold at its correct price.

6. Delivery

Delivery methods: Matkohuolto or through delivery person from C Suomi Ruhmä Ay.

The delivery will take place to the address you have provided in the Store and using the delivery method according to the wish of the store.  We deliver the products based on a transport contract agreed with a third party, which may affect the delivery time. If the delivery is made by C Suomi Ryhmä Ay employee then the customer will be contected in advanced before the delivery.

Please note that if your package is delivered to parcel locker, then your package will only be held at the pick-up points for 7 days. If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be returned to us. A package not picked up is not a cancellation of the order, so we will charge shipping and handling fees for it.

The store is not liable for delays or other damages caused by obstacles beyond its control (force majeure). These may include strikes, decisions by authorities, disruptions in transportation or illness of personnel.

 

7. Right of return

You have the right to cancel your order by notifying C Suomi Ryhmä Ay within 30 days of receiving the order. You must also return the product immediately after cancelling your order (within 14 days of the cancellation notice).he right of return does not apply to gift cards and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

The condition for cancellation is that the product is in saleable condition. Everything except opening the product packaging and getting to know the product is considered to be use of the product. All parts of the product must be returned and the product must be packaged in its original packaging or in a similar manner.

We will refund all payments received or price differences regarding the cancelled order to the same payment method you used when paying in the Store. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by filling out the Returns Form . If necessary, you can call us at +358 45 2028667 and inform us of the cancellation, or you can send us an email at pipomeri@csuomi.fi.

Pack the product and all its parts in the original packaging. If the product packaging is damaged, please pack the products in a similar way so that they return to us intact, thank you!

For a free return, you will need a code from us, which you will receive by email  after submitting the Return Form . Write "Customer Return" and the code/contract number on the package you are returning.

Please keep the shipping receipt you received for at least three months, otherwise we will not be responsible. If the return is lost during transport.

 

8. Errors and complaints

Please check your order immediately for any errors. If your order is missing products or the delivery is otherwise incorrect, please notify the Store immediately by phone +358 40 1778844 or email info@thefinlandshop.com.

In the event of a complaint, C Suomi Ryhmä Ay has the right to primarily correct the error detected during delivery. If the error cannot be corrected, C Suomi Ryhmä Ay has the right to cancel the transaction.

We also use compositions from our various products in our product images. Please always read the product description carefully to ensure that there is nothing unclear about the description of the ordered product. The store may reject the complaint,if it turns out that you have purchased the product without reading the entire product description.

 

9. Payment

You can choose from secure payment methods such as Credit Card (Stripe), Paytrail, Klarna, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

 

Credit card

Payment by credit card is made through our partner Stripe. C Suomi Ryhmä Ay will appear as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice.

 

Processing of personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Klarna uses personal data for customer analysis, personal identification, credit assessment and marketing purposes. The personal identity number is used as the consumer's customer number for customer administration purposes. Please see Klarna's privacy policy if you need more information about how Klarna processes personal data.

 

Paypal

The PayPal payment system allows you to make purchases without a credit card. Using PayPal as a payment method requires you to create your own PayPal account. 

 

Google Pay

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices and you can pay through it with a payment card linked to the app.

 

Apple Pay

Apple Pay offers an easy and secure way to pay for your purchases. Apple Pay requires you to use the Safari browser and be signed in to your Apple ID account with Apple Pay activated.

 

10. Limitation of liability

We will not compensate for costs resulting from indirect damage or other indirect damage. Our liability for direct damage caused to you is limited to the purchase price you paid for the products.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights.

 

11. Changes

C Suomi Ryhmä Ay reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.Changes to the Terms will be announced in the Store and you accept these changes by using the Store.

 

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

All disputes regarding this agreement will primarily be resolved through discussions between you and C Suomi Ryhmä Ay. If the disputes between the parties cannot be resolved through discussions, you have the right to submit the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. If the dispute or disagreement ends up in court, it will be resolved in the Itä-Uusimaa District Court in Porvoo. However, you have the right to file a lawsuit against The C Suomi Ryhmä Ay in the general district court of your place of residence.
