Return Policy

It is especially important to us that you are satisfied with your order. You have 30 days to get to know the product and make a final purchase decision. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, you can exchange or return it within 30 days. However, this does not apply to products that have been modified or made according to your wishes. The right of return does not apply to gift cards and they cannot be exchanged for money.

 

When you want to exchange or return the product, please inform us by sending an email to pipomeri@csuomi.fi with subject line "Return" and your order number,  to which we will respond by sending back the carrier code for sending the return. If necessary, you can contact us by phone at +358 45 2028667.

 

The condition for a return is that the product is in resaleable condition. Everything except opening the product packaging and getting to know the product is considered to be used. Please return all parts of the product, and pack it in the original packaging or in a similar way.

 

We will refund all payments received or price differences regarding a cancelled order to the same payment method you used when paying in the online store. We will also refund shipping costs if the entire order is cancelled. For partially cancelled orders, we always charge a shipping cost of €6.90 per item, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We do not refund shipping costs for orders shipped outside Finland.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible. Please note that customer returns usually take longer to process than regular shipments. The returned package usually arrives to us within 5-14 days within Finland. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

 

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Send us an email to pipomeri@csuomi.fi  with subject line "return" and your order number, within 30 days of receiving your order , and we will respond with a carrier code for the return shipment. If necessary, you can call us at +358 45 2028667. You must also return the product immediately after canceling your order (within 14 days of notification of cancellation).

•  Pack the product and all its parts in the original packaging. If the product packaging is damaged, please pack the products in a similar way so that they return to us intact, thank you!

• If the item was sent through Matkahuolto, then we will send you a shipping sticker. If the item was deliverd through C Suomi Ryhma Ay employee, then we will personally collect it.
